Many elements of artificial turf fields are hypothesized to be carcinogenic. Science takes a long time to prove things, but the evidence is adding up. They certainly contribute to environmental concerns, however, such as urban heat, biodiversity loss, and microplastic pollution.

Grass will be hard to maintain wgen we add a school with 600 kids to the mix. Maybe an all weather field is more practical.

Right?! I chose dirt but wanted to have the option to keep the grass.
