Rework the “Community” Garden

It would benefit the community if the community garden is reworked (similar to Riley park in Van). Now it is an exclusionary space for the 10~ people who have a plot, a private place that most can‘t access on public land. Shrink the plots, remove the fence and add seating, run gardening workshops.
