Dubiosity •5 months ago Something I haven't seen discussed so far is that parks in the GVRD benefit from covered areas. It rains a lot here (we all know this), so having places people can still enjoy our parks while its wet can be really nice. I've hung out at Pier Park's covered area while it rained and it was great.
